Studi tentang Pengaruh Kompetensi Pedagogik dan Motivasi Guru terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa di lingkungan pendidikan
Abstract
This study aims to explore how pedagogical competence and teacher motivation affect student learning outcomes. In this study, pedagogical competence is defined as the teacher's ability to manage learning, encompassing planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning, as well as student development to actualize their various potentials. Meanwhile, teacher motivation is considered a factor that motivates teachers to actively participate in the learning process. In the context of teacher motivation, the study shows that teacher motivation also plays a crucial role in enhancing student learning outcomes. High teacher motivation can improve the teacher's performance in managing learning, thereby enhancing student learning outcomes. However, this study does not explicitly measure the impact of teacher motivation on student learning outcomes. In conclusion, pedagogical competence of teachers has a positive and significant impact on student learning outcomes, but it is important to note that not all studies find significant effects. Teacher motivation also plays an important role in enhancing student learning outcomes, but further research is needed to explicitly measure its impact
