Abstract

The research aims to enhance the effectiveness of the PAI program in madrasah by understanding the significance of evaluation. It also explores why teachers need to conduct program evaluation, what objects and targets are involved in the evaluation, and how to implement the evaluation process. The research is motivated by the need to evaluate both student learning outcomes and teaching processes. However, it is observed that current evaluations often focus solely on learning outcomes, which seems insufficient. Therefore, it is necessary to discuss program evaluation comprehensively. The evaluation must be meticulously planned, as it involves numerous aspects. The methodology used in this research is a literature review, where data is collected from various reference books related to learning evaluation. The analysis is conducted using a descriptive approach. The conclusion of this research is that the evaluation of the PAI program in madrasah is essential to ensure that the program runs effectively and efficiently in achieving its goals. By conducting regular and systematic evaluations, madrasah can continuously improve the quality of Islamic education provided to students
