Abstract

This article discusses the influence of teacher motivation on student learning achievement. Teacher motivation is an important factor that can influence the success of the teaching and learning process in the classroom. In the educational context, teacher motivation not only functions as a driver of enthusiasm for learning, but also as a determining factor in creating a conducive learning environment. Teacher motivation has an important role in improving student learning achievement. This research aims to analyze the influence of teacher motivation on student learning outcomes at various levels of education. The results show that the motivation provided by teachers, both intrinsic and extrinsic, can encourage students to be more active and enthusiastic in learning, thereby contributing to better achievement. Teachers who demonstrate high motivation, such as providing consistent encouragement, using innovative teaching methods, and providing constructive feedback, contribute to increasing student learning achievement. Conversely, low teacher motivation is associated with decreased student academic achievement. These findings indicate that teacher motivation plays an important role in achieving optimal academic results and recommend the development of training programs to increase teacher motivation as a strategy to improve the quality of education
