Pengaruh Kompetensi Guru Dalam Mengelola Pembelajaran Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Di Kelas
Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of teacher competence in managing learning on student learning outcomes in the classroom. Teacher competencies, which include pedagogical knowledge, communication skills, and managerial abilities, play a crucial role in creating an effective learning environment. The method used is quantitative research with data analysis through questionnaires distributed to students and classroom observations. The findings indicate a significant relationship between teacher competence and student learning outcomes, where teachers with high competence can enhance student motivation and understanding. Additionally, effective learning management contributes to better academic achievements. This study recommends the need for professional development for teachers to continuously improve their competencies in managing learning, in order to create a higher quality educational process
