The Concept of Exemplary Muslim Women in Bidadari Bumi 1: 9 Stories of Righteous Women by Halimah Alaydrus

This study aims to formulate the concept of exemplary Muslim women represented in Bidadari Bumi: 9 Stories of Righteous Women by Halimah Alaydrus, identify the factors shaping exemplary character, and examine its relevance to contemporary Muslim women's lives. This research employs library research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through documentary study and analyzed using content analysis involving data reduction, categorization, interpretation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that exemplary Muslim women's character is constructed through the integration of faith, worship, and morality. Faith is manifested in belief, tawakkul, gratitude, and steadfastness; worship is reflected in consistent devotion and spiritual closeness to Allah; while morality appears through patience, humility, sincerity, simplicity, and social concern. Five formative factors were identified: a pious environment, spiritual education, love for the Prophet Muhammad, consistent worship, and simple living. The novelty of this study lies in integrating these dimensions into a comprehensive Islamic educational model and connecting them with contemporary Muslim women's character development.
