Abstract

This article discusses the role of the principle of equality (musawah) in building sustainable social care character values. Musawah, which emphasizes equality and justice, is identified as an important foundation for creating an inclusive social environment. Through the application of this principle, individuals are encouraged to develop empathy, solidarity, and social responsibility, which are key components of social care character. This research employs a qualitative approach with literature analysis to explore the relationship between musawah and social values. The findings indicate that integrating the principle of musawah into education and public policy can strengthen social bonds and reduce inequality. Thus, musawah not only contributes to the development of individual character but also serves as a pillar for social and economic sustainability. This study emphasizes the importance of collaboration and support from all elements of society in implementing the principle of musawah to achieve sustainable social goals.
