Evaluasi Program Pendidikan Agama Islam di Madrasah: Dampak ter-hadap Karakter Siswa dan Pencapaian Akademik
Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the Islamic Education program in madrasahs and its impact on students' character and academic achievement. A qualitative approach was used, with data collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The subjects of the research included teachers, students, and parents. The findings indicate that the Islamic Education program plays a significant role in shaping students' character, although challenges in curriculum implementation and teaching methods were identified. Additionally, a positive influence on academic achievement was noted, although variations in outcomes reflected different student backgrounds. Recommendations include enhancing teacher training and developing more relevant teaching materials to meet students' needs. This research is expected to serve as a reference for the future development of educational programs in madrasah
