This study aims to examine the internalization of students’ akhlakul karimah (noble moral values) through Friday Majelis activities at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ulumul Qur’an. It explores the internalization strategies, moral values cultivated, and behavioral implications of the program. The study employs a qualitative field-research approach involving the principal, the supervising teacher, and participating students. Data are collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation and analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model. The findings indicate that moral values are cultivated through teacher role modeling, habituation, religious advice, and continuous supervision. The values include religiosity, discipline, responsibility, honesty, courtesy, respect for teachers, social awareness, and enthusiasm for learning. The program is associated with improved discipline, respectful interaction, and greater consistency in religious practices. The novelty lies in examining the relationship between internalization strategies, specific moral values, and behavioral implications within a structured Friday religious assembly.
